Terms and Conditions for PsychArts

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling an appointment with PsychArts (“the Practice”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by the Practice.

2. Services

The Practice provides psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services. The specific services provided to you will be detailed during your initial consultation.

3. Confidentiality

Your confidentiality is of utmost importance to us. All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law (e.g., in cases of imminent harm to self or others, or as ordered by a court).

4. Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Fees and Payment

The fees for services will be discussed during your initial consultation. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept most payments – via Ideal.

6. Client Rights and Responsibilities

You have the right to receive respectful and non-discriminatory care. You are responsible for actively participating in your treatment and providing accurate and complete information to your therapist.

7. Termination of Services

You may terminate therapy at any time. The Practice also reserves the right to terminate services if it is deemed necessary. Reasons for termination may include non-compliance with treatment, failure to attend scheduled sessions, or if the therapeutic relationship is not beneficial.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Practice reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to all future services.
